Are you licensed real estate agents?
No, and that’s intentional. We don’t represent buyers or sellers like a traditional agent. Instead, we act as educators and connectors. We provide guidance, answer your questions, and introduce you to vetted turnkey providers. Those providers handle the actual property sale. You’ll never pay us a commission—we’re compensated by the providers only if you choose to buy.
Will I be working directly with Dr. Cole Puterbaugh?
Yes. Even though we’re a small but professional team, Dr. Cole personally handles every client onboarding. You’ll have direct access to him for your questions, next steps, and property introductions. His background as an educator means his approach is focused on clarity, education, and your long-term success—not high-pressure sales.
How do you choose which markets to work in?
We focus on mid-tier cities with strong rental demand, affordable property prices, job growth, and landlord-friendly laws. Right now, our primary markets include Cleveland, Birmingham, and St. Louis—with others being added over time as we continue vetting providers and opportunities.
How do you get paid?
We’re paid a referral fee from the turnkey property provider, but only if you choose to move forward with a purchase. You’ll never pay us directly. This model keeps our services free to you, while making sure our incentives stay aligned—we only succeed when you close on a property you’re happy with.
Do you guarantee rental income, appreciation, or returns?
No. As with any investment, there are risks. We don’t offer guarantees on income, appreciation, or long-term performance. What we do offer is education, clear information, and introductions to providers with a strong track record. Ultimately, you make the final investment decisions—and we encourage you to do your own due diligence, just as we do.
I live outside the U.S.—can I still work with you?
Absolutely. In fact, many of our early clients were U.S. citizens living overseas. We specialize in helping remote investors—whether you’re across the country or across the globe. If you can legally purchase property in the U.S., we can help you find and secure the right turnkey investment.
